Phantom Blade Zero demo status
Updated 2026-10-16. Checked 2026-10-16.
No public downloadable PS5 or Steam demo was found in the sources checked on 16 October 2026. S-GAME's 2024 global demo tour and 2025 S-Party events were venue hands-on builds, not public files to install.
The checked Steam and PlayStation listings offer the full-game pre-order, not a demo button; Steam's app API returned no demos field. That establishes the current check, not a promise that a demo can never be released.
Where people have played it
The 7 June 2024 demo-tour announcement describes expo hands-on play. The 29 August 2025 S-Party recap records more than 5,000 players across Beijing, Shanghai and Cologne, from 26 July to 26 August. Neither is a public download release.
| When | What | Download? |

Demo download, leaks and save transfer
There is no verified official demo download link to provide. Check Steam, PlayStation Store and S-GAME announcements; an event clip or reported store placeholder is not proof of a currently available demo.
No public demo release date, demo file size, demo version number or retail save-transfer policy was established. Do not assume event progress will carry over or that a file advertised as a leak is an authorized release. Official full-game links are on where to pre-order.
